Mounting a double sided sign on 30mm railings.
I have been asked to produce a small double-sided sign (1000mm x 500mm) that is fixed to either side of a horizontal railing consisting of a 30mm rails.
Obviously the diameter of the bar is too small for our normal channelling and double-sided clips but I haven’t been able to find anything suitable.
I did toy with the idea of using a 30mm wide channel placed over the top rail and under the bottom rail and then riveting each sign in place in situ but the problem I have come across is that I cannot find any channelling that is 30mm wide but at least 60mm in length (to allow me to rivet without fouling the railing)?
Any ideas/solutions greatly appreciated!

could you use jubilee clips in place of regular sign slips? I’ve had to use them as a last resort when the customers "75mm posts" turned out to be 50mm scaffold poles!

You’ll need to get some universal channel clamps to fix the jubilee clip to the channels, these are the same ones that are used with the banding tools.
