If you want an exact copy complete with chips and flaws you could take a mould from the existing sign and replicate this in fibreglass yourself. It’s very easy to do – You make the mould by painting the "buck" (In this case the existing sign) with release agent before applying resin and fibreglass matting. Once dry you pull the mould from the buck then repeat the process using the mould this time to create a copy of the sign. You can get all the materials you need from Glassplies http://www.glasplies.co.uk they’ll even give you full instructions on how to use the materials

If you look at that sign and break it down into segments. theres not alot to it.
the back board and central raised area could easily be routed by hand or on a cnc machine using 19mm foamex.
Apply a radius chamfer or whatever, and already its more decorative than the original.
next flat cut the letters via a cnc machine. again a radius on the letters etc.
glue the three layers together using tensol.

at this point the only thing you don’t have is the decorative moulded flourishes.
you could take a mould from the original as phill says. but you will be able to pick these type of things up on-line
off the shelf. ok, not exact same but to be honest, i think if you get close and it looks far nicer you wouldn’t have a problem with the customer.

here is a very old demo from 2006 that i did replicating a "1 0ff" pub sign in 19mm thick foamex after the brewery sign firm had used MDF and it pulped in weeks. this sign is still up today and looks exactly the same. note, if you use 19mm foamex or the like, the edges need sealed or they get dirty and hold the dirt in the edges. you can see in the demo how i got round this.
