Just a quick thanks to Chris Wool for advise on media etc.
I got an outline for my son Charlies bike yesterday and copied a few designs and made this up and printed on Hexis poly prop vinyl and laminated twice, we know it wont last for long but now its just a quick print and cut job, the vinyl was very sticky and has gone on well, so if I get a few races out of it I will be happy. The template had to have some changes but in all a good template to use and cost was just under 30 quid.
Im sure after having one bike stolen hes going to love this one, complete with his name and numbers on panels.

Looks good Rich, don’t know anything about the sport or the type of graphics that people have on their bikes but my first thought when I looked at that was that it looked very american in the way the graphics were designed.

Looks good anyway and I am sure your boy will be very happy with it. Only problem you have now is having set yourself such a high standard when it needs replaced in a few races time you are going to have to think very hard to come up with a better design :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Derek went out again last night and have been over the local area and spoken to all the right people! either they are really stupid or don’t know a thing I told them if they do know its better to get back to me now or someones going to end up down in the woods !, don’t think I would do any more just doing Charlies is more than enough mate

Just a quick update on these using an incorrect polyprop vinyl and laminated twice.
My son went out yesterday and rode for 4.5 hours and to my amazement not one edge lifting!! all good will keep and eye on this and see how it lasts but so far the Hexis vinyl has performed rather well !!

Jet wash fine, DW40 quick spray and wipe off excess not allowing loads to sit on the edges !

John Vinyl was a polyprop hexis vinyl not sure on codes laminate 2 layers of MD5 OR stone chip protector as I can still cut this on my Roland.
