Interesting reading Robert.
I often wonder on a survey carried out by someone who lists things being the most valueable.
They are perhaps worth the most money but are they the best value with regards to creativity, customer service and the like?
I often wonder where some of these major players came from, I have seen a couple of advertorials on Pearce and others about they came from nothing but others I have no idea.
I suppose we all look at value and worth in different ways. Personally I hope I never become so big as to lose my personal touch with my clients.
