So far it looks like they failed to go off, but reports are still sketchy as to what has happened……
I best not comment any more… don’t want to upset any sympathisers

i heard a witness on the news say:-
“i saw his rucksack explode with white stuff and that went everywhere, the guy panic’d and made a run for it”

Couple of times you saw Sky News arresting people at gun point.

1 injured, however the story keeps unfolding.

Sounds like the chemistry of the bombs wasn’t correct. Pretty good that it went wrong for them, if this is a link to 2 weeks ago then they will have arrested the bombers who are alive and maybe track it to the last event.

    Hope everyone is safe.

If this time they caught them alive then we may get somewhere, that would be excellent.

Simon- glad to see you’ve pulled your head in mate 😀

I see they shot one suspect dead today.

If the bad guys are going play hard ball, I am pleased your police have decided to recipricate.

    Take care friends.

    you’re right there shane,

without getting too fired up here, i’m glad, it’s about time we let the police get tough, i’ve just read they’ve got orders to ‘shoot to kill’ any suspected bomber who will not immediately surrender, good.

i’m fully expecting the bleeding hearts to start going on about how an innocent could be killed, but an innocent in my mind, would not run, and it’s better to maybe lose one innocent than 50, if the police had failed to stop the guy, and he had detonated a device, they’d have soon condemned the police, so i for one am glad the old bill are finally allowed to do their job. for once in his career, Tony blair and his cronies have given one decent order and have my full support. heaven help any group that think it a good idea to protest over this justified killing, anarchy would soon ensue.

now perhaps we can bring the same kinda practice into play when dealing with yobs, car thieves and other criminals.

But you KNOW the bleeding heart liberals will be at it now! I personally think that civil liberties include the right to NOT be blown up, but hey, I am a little old fashioned that way…..

I heard some idiot on the radio saying that the bloke who was shot may have been a shoplifter for all they knew! Anyone who runs away from the Police on the underground on the day after an attempted bombing is asking for a bullet. I am critical of the old Bill on occasions, but they have my support on this one.

As for the Muslim community who think the non-Islamic British public are turning against them; not me, I only hate the murdering ones, regardless of religion.
