Monday grumble
Why is it that suppliers of the male/female plastic sign locator fixings for signs will only sell you the male and female parts together. They know they are onto a winner here as how many of you like me have hundreds of the male parts because you are forever using the female parts to fix old signs and run out of the female parts first as they are the bits that don’t last. (:) (chat.) (hot) 🙄
I am short of 15 fixings for a job and now have about 400 or more useless fixings of the same type. :worry: :thumbdown: :nagnag: :nag2: :headbang2:

400 spare male connectors…hmmm..may be you could make a model of the Eifel tower or something with em Mike..

I sell all my unused male locators on eBay by advertising them as small spinning top toys. Mind you, I make most of my profit from my postal charges 😕

used to be the same with steel post clips….
buy 100 clips complete with nut & bolt. but the amount of times you drop the nut or bolt hanging signs, only to be left with tons of clips and no nut/bolt. then told you cant buy the nut/bolt seperate! 👿
changed now but was like that for a number of years with several suppliers we used. -
To be fair, I have to point out that SNAPFIX do sell the cups seperately, but as far as I know they are the only ones. If anyone out there in signland could correct me it would be greatly appreciated. 😀
