You get mirror acrylic , so anyone that can build perspex lettering can do it in the mirror stuff.
The only bugbear with gluing mirror perspex is that its generally extruded which is stressed and heating and bending stresses it more , so solvent glues often promote stress cracking which can look bad.

Why don’t you use mirror stainless steel.
