  • Mimaki TPC 1000 – Need help please?

    Hello,
We got a brand new Mimaki TPC1000S sublimation printer cutter.

All was done as required. Machine converted form Eco Solvent to Sublimation printing as per requirements described in the manual.
Inks and cleaning went all perfect. test printing is also just fine, but while printing there is a some kind of a mismatch.

Can you please advice how to fix the problem?

I have purchased it from Turkish Dealer and tried to call them and mailed them several times, but they are like does not hear. Contacting Mimaki Europe and they are redirecting me to the dealer. I am in the between and without any support.

can anybody help to fix the problem please..

    attached the photo.

at first glance i would say poor artwork. (ghosting and pixels )
draw some squares triangles and circles fill with different colours and retest

    You are right –
i have tried circles, triangles, text. and the same.
later I have just sent Uni direction printing and all went well.

It happens only when bi direction i s sent.

    I believe need some adjustments

i did think about the bi directional printing but could not believe it could be that far out.
there is a routine to run on the printer to reset the bi dir print alignment.

if the heads are up a fair way for thick materials, it will cause this…

i dont have this machine btw… only the mimaki jv3 which i know suffers from changes in thickness
