    Hello all,

    We keep getting the same jet run time error message.

    Im attempting to upgrade the software to 4.50 to see if that helps.

    Do I need to deactivate the software before an upgrade or is it just when we change pcs we have to deactivate?

    Not getting anywhere with Hybrid, what a surprise!

    Not sure what the jet runtime error is but I had issues recently with the printer just randomly stopping during prints and receiving an error. Was rather disconcerting especially with longer prints. Tried various things and then updated the Rasterlink and it has been fine ever since (touch wood) 🙂

    No need to deactivate, simply click start button, all programs and select the program update in the Mimaki RL folder. Make sure drivers are up to date whilst at it too.
