hi everyone… got myself a bit of a problem here…
i have to load thousands of words onto one single piece of A4 paper typed up in Microsoft word.
all the details in this document have come from an original A4 hard copy and are ALL on one single sheet of paper.
but now that i am trying to reduce text hight it wont allow me to go any lower than 8 pixels high.
ide guess it needs to be about 5 at most.

can anyone advise me on how to get all this text on the one sheet?

    any advice much appreciated 😀

    Hi Robert,
try copying the text and pasting it into Illustrator. This will allow you to “scale” the text as a whole rather than by the character size. I’m assuming you have Illustrator. If you don’t, e-mail me the document and I’ll have a go for you. I can send it back as an eps.

    Hi Rob
I just called up word and had a play, once I highlight my the text i want reduced, then i just highlight the text size and type in what i want then press return, 5, 4, 3 and i can chose 1

er hope this is what you meant, if you have any problems email it to me and I will send it striaght back

the alternative is when you print it ask it to scale to fit to page

    hope this helps

its a legal document that needs signed. im holding the original here and although very small it is still easy enough to read.

You might be able to do it if you paste it into word then select it all right click the highlighted text select font then in the box that pops up under character spacing tab select spacing – condenced and condence it till it fits one page too late I know but a quick way to make it all smaller.
