Miami cjv30 colour profile not right – help required please?
I’m running a Miami CJV30-60 with Rip (Rasterkink pro5sg) software. I had a problem with the computer yesterday that meant I had to uninstall and then reinstall the software. However now the colours arnt printing right, grey is more of a brown! I had someone out to do the set up and he fixed the problem, have called him but he can’t come out for another 6 weeks, work is building up!! I’m based in Leicestershire/Northamptonshire. Can anyone give advise, help me? I’ve searched the Internet but I really am at a loss!!

I assume you’ve tried different profiles from Rasterlink? You could try downloading the 14 day free trial of Shiraz Signature. It’s dead easy to set up (and will most likely give you better quality output than Rasterlink anyway) and will help narrow down the problem. That way you don’t have to spend money on (or wait for) an engineer to come out, which I can arrange for you if you’d prefer.
I can also ask one of our guys who knows Raterlink to log in remotely and help if needs be.
