Metamark Price increase?
Just got a letter from Metamark with the attached here
Will all material suppliers be increasing there prices 5 % plus the 2.5 % increase in vat.

seems to be the trend at the moment… in fact has been the past 12 months or so…

I thought/was told metamark vinyl was manufactured in the uk so wasn’t affected by the currency/markets as much………

It seems that when another supplier puts up prices Metamark claim UK manufacture and able to hold there prices, however now they state in that claim they forget about there raw materials and now they show that they are the same as all the other suppliers.
I stopped using Metamark as they tend to imply all products are Metamakr uk made until there is an issue with it and then suddenly they reveal it is sourced from China, as i used them less they sent me a letter with drawing my credit, needless to say never placed another order with them, too many others of equal price and quality knocking on my door.
