• MD3 What it like?

    Hi
looking at MD3 & matching laminate as an alternative to Oracal 3164 & Oraguard 210. Which i use for general all round printing it does slighty shrink but in general is quite good however the laminate is expensive for what is a budget material. Metamarks combination seems to be on par spec wise & works out cheaper but i have never printed to a Metamark product so your opinions please

Kevin, you should not have a problem printing on Metamark, I have used it and it’s fine.

I use MD5 and their flag textile both print onto fine, they also have a guarantee that if its not on their shelf you get it for nowt. (I think)

We use stacks of MD-P, which is the 100 micron version of MD-3, and I’ve
yet to find a better monomeric vinyl.
