have a look in the printer setting, see what width you`ve set your media at.

Settings seem ok, printing from corel draw, page layout ok, print preview ok but machine starts to print approx 3 to 4 inches into media instaed of near edge.

In your page setup make sure that your left and top border are set at “0”

Check your design, its posible that you have a tiny dot or something, grouped in the image, although you cant see it in print it may be there. ungroup the graphic then select all to see any extra bits that you didnt realise were there.

Also, are you doing a print preview before you print? Sometimes the image can be way off where its supposed to be, so you have to print preview and align it to the top left of the page manually 😀

    Cheers, Dewi

I have a PC600 on which there is a “set point” button on the control panel. This allows you to position the starting point from which any cutting or printing takes place. You position the head at the point you wish to start printing from – then press the “set point” button to make this the starting point. I’m assuming the PC60 has the same function, (in which case) could you have inadvertantly created your set point to start in this position instead of the 0,0 origin?
