I thought it was about time I said hello. My name is Jenny I’m the better half of Graffic Jam (Leeroys wife). I’ve been a regular reader of the site for some time now (cause Lee is always logged on) Now made famous by our win on the UKsignboard logo competition. Thanks to all your nice words of congrats by the way. I’m no sign maker but have been working in the print industry as a graphic designer for some 15 years now. Graffic Jam now offers stationery and printing as a new extension to the business. I think Lee thought it was time he employed me.

    So, HELLO to all. 😛

Nice site, helpful people, good demos and humourous banter I enjoy a read every day.

Hi Jenny – Thank you for introducing yourself.

There seems to be quite a few husband and wife signmaking teams. My Wife Alison is the real talent in our business – she keeps me in line and stops me from being too rude to the customers.

I didn’t mean what I said about graphic designers a while back by the way 😳

I’ve seen lots of your work Mike (like it lots) and looking forward to catching up with you and hopefully any others at christmas time.

    Cheers.

    Hi Jenny
I am new here too but after reading Mike’s post I decided to say howdy.
I think wives are like having a third hand (an an extra brain) for any sign guy.
I used to get my hubby to do my installations. But he was always jealous at Letterhead meets…now I don’t do installations and he lives in a trailer in the boondocks! He wasn’t good for much else anyway…haha 🙄
As a newbie maybe I am being forward in saying hello…but hello anyway.
    Love- JILL

Hi Jenny and welcome to the boards, you and Lee seem to make a good team and I know Phil and Alison do as I have met them a few times. So maybe there is something in the husband & wife team, unfortunatly I have to struggle by on my own so I will probably never be very succesful as there are no brains behind the company !!

    Hi Jenny

Welcome. It’s great to see you here in your own right. I actually praised Leeroy in error for your brilliant design skills – he did own up though
    😀

By the way are you a native sandgroper or another ex-pat?

Hi again, and thanks for the welcomes.

Alan, I’m true blue dinky di aussie. Born in Tassie (don’t let that one get round though) – sorry Gray! Beautiful spot, but alot of stick comes with it. 😕 😕 One day I’ll take Lee & Luke there to show it off.
Been in Western Australia, most of my life, north and south.
