    Thanks Robert
The Baxter is an ongoing contract, I have been asked to do all the fitting as they already had the graphics made some time ago.
From what i can make out, the graphics on the vehicle pictured here came from 2 suppliers. The cab “ribbon” is made up of 6 parts per side, this makes me think it could have been done on a Gerber Edge. The Body graphics came on sheets 1200 wide and printed on Avery vinyl. The side “Ribbon” was made up from 3 parts.

    HI Wardie,

Love the ribbon stuff. Where did you start on the back to get everything at the right angle and meet up? I see you applied over the rubber door seal, does this generally stay put? The one lorry I did I was advised to cut the vinyl off the rubber as I was told it wouldn’t stay.

    Thanks for showing

Started with the sides.Aslong as the ribbon hits the top or the bottom, you can “play” with the rear to fit.
As for the rubber. Ive had no problems with cast on rubber really.I use plenty of heat on it.
In total this month, i have fitted 9 tractor units Ategos, Magnum etc & 4 7.5 Boxes. 2 more days of fitting next week and we (I) should be done.
When i do the next 7.5 box, ill take some Pictures as i do the job.

Nice work Andrew, looks like a bit of a handfull on your own, esp if its a windy day 😕 Well done anyway, can you post slightly smaller images next time, it takes us poor gits with 56k aaaages to download them 😆

Well I hung around for absolutely ages waiting for the pics to download (sleep) (sleep) (sleep) but it was worth waiting for

    What do they deliver? Soup?

Shame that on the back there’s masses of space to stick the wording and web stuff but it landed on the centre

As you say you didn’t have much say over the design

Looks great though, specially the ribbon! 😀

Lovely work wardie. Looks very well fitted mate.
I think you may get bother with the vinyl covering the rubber though.
Maybe not straight away but a month or so down the line.

Yeah maybe, thats why i cut the vinyl each side of the rubber, so if it does lift, then it can be removed.
Again im only fitting these, no design on my part & im just copying the rest of the fleet.
As i said before, im fitting some more of these on wednesday, so i will get some pics as i go throught the job.
