looking for some ideas on vinyl storage please?

you can buy metal storage racks Gray, there a bit like those shoe racks you used to get. Spend some of your $1000 on a rack. Far more useful than a laminator!!

I would like to see some design ideas too, I’m sick of our vinyl falling off the shelf (the one that my boss decided to make only 8" deep!)

He won’t buy me a rack, but he did go ballastic when a 50m roll fell off bounced off the colorcamm 😥 (don’t worry she survived it 🙂 ) and smashed the two week old microsoft scroll mouse into 6 little pieces

Hi, guys! You know those metal strips with all the slots for the brackets that hold up shelves? We screw those to the wall, put the 18" brackets spaced to allow for another roll underneath and you can put them side by side all the way across the wall.
We use them for premask too. They’re cheap and moveable.

that is a good idea rosemary. nice one!

gray we use mainly 1230 wide rolls so the shelf brackets or racks like yours would not hold them.
ive 2 pics of some from my place. they are a little dark for some reason but give you the idea.

yeh your right gray. we dont like out vinyl bills neither! 😆

best part is, thats just one wall we have another the same and on another wall a small one for the 610 rolls. 😮

joking aside though gray. i made those 3 racks from 1 8×4 foot sheet of ply.
the pins for the centre of the rolls are just tile battons cut in 3 bits.
very cheap to make then slap some white paint on them.

makes it easy to offer colours to a customer also.
but a chart is better…
