  • Looking for Roland engineer in Somerset – calibration help?

    Hi

Have real bad issues with my Versacamm, banding, overspray etc

Tried everything, but cannot set the media feed calibration as the prints come out so banded that I cant see the join on the "T" shape

I will post some pics soon

PS If I do set the media feed on the machine for each vinyl do I need to turn this off in Versaworks as currently the "feed calibration control" is set on use default media settings. I would have thought that this setting comes from the media profile and might override the printer settings??

Thanks for any help in advance

Wish I had brought a HP Latex printer!! 🙁

That calibration is always difficult to set up with that amount of deflection unfortunately. Your best bet would be to concentrate on getting the K printhead running better then everything should fall into place.

P.S, we cover your area too if you’re really stuck.

    Why is that lucky?

Do they charge by the hour? or have travel costs?

    Cheers
