What kind – standard vinyl, etch or the dreaded ‘tints / mirror’?
Tints are a pig to do!! Glass & the rubber seals MUST be absolutely perfectly clean as ANY tiny bits of dirt will migrate up the edges of the film.
Standard vinyl & etch – wet or dry apply. wet is usually easier for me (unless there is text or a design) & doesn’t require application tape – just a bit of water & a window cleaning squegee!!
I too, like Van could do with a bit of advice – I’ve been asked to cut some vinly to go on an office glass partition wall. Can you get translucent vinyl? – They want an orange, but might look nicer if it wasn’t opaque?
I only have a cutter not print, so would like to cut if possible.
