  • Long term window graphic – what vinyl to use?

Posted by James Boden on January 17, 2019 at 9:55 am

    Hi Guys,

I have a large window graphic to install for a car dealership for mid – long term. Should I use a polymeric vinyl with or without the grey backing? I’m guessing I should go for the clear backing but not 100% sure. Any thoughts?

Personally, everything that is long term I always use MD5 for print or MD7 for solid colour.

Polymeric all the way and agreed on clear backing unless they want it grey. We sometimes suggest frosting on the inside to blurr it out a little as you will see the graphic in reverse.
