  • LG Air escape is not Air escape.

Had some LG Air escape from Robert Horne and the product is not easy to use.
We have been using the Metamark Air escape for a while and this has a low initial tack and the bubbles come out quit easily. But we were told by Robert horne they had an equivalent product but it was cheaper so we tried it.
It sticks like the proverbial blanket stuff with a very high initial tack and the air release does not let out the bubbles as the tracks seem too small.
The Laminate was just as bad, we use a hot laminator but still had silvering that wouldn’t go away even after several days, and small stickers tend to lift off the backing when stored as its very stiff.
Asked for a refund from Robert Horne as it was not fit for described purpose but still waiting !

Martin this is of no help but I have tried a good few types of media and just keep going back to metamark it’s just so good.

got to agree with you on the LG Air release but we have used LG laminates for ages and don’t have any problems.Use heat assisted laminator and sometimes use it cold if i do get any silvering it goes fairly quickly. I use the 3 and 5 year in both matt & gloss
