    Hi

Have a customer with an Art Gallery and they want a huge bracket like the pubs usually have (they normally have the long top brace too)

Where can I find suppliers for these big ones with some images?

    cheers

most of them bracket are on the older pubs & are normally wrought iron you could get a local steel makers to make a replica though would probably be cheaper than if you could buy one of the shelf. Also Trade Signs do decorative brackets i believe

Thanks Kev, the Trade Signs ones are too small, I quoted her for the large one they have but she wants a bit bigger. Think I’ll go down to smithy in the next day or 2 as I have 2 jobs to discuss now with them.

    cheers

I either weld up basic ones myself, or if I want something a bit elaborate, I use a local guy who makes weather vanes. Anyone who can make a good weather vane can make a brilliant swing sign bracket.

But as Kevin says, wrought iron worker, steel fabricator, they’ll all be able to do it.
