Hi all hope everyone is keeping well and busy.

I have a question if anyone has the answer please reply.

    So here goes…
As you all know overtime the rollers on laminators get worn and get tbe ocassional slice or 2 or 3 or 4 in them.
My question is.. is there such a thing as a roller cover that can be wrapped onto the rollers giving them a like new surface ? ie like a new sleeve ?

Hope this makes sense ok 🙂

You can send them off to get recovered

But every laminator should have a sign on it saying only safety knives to be used.

I can still hear hubby shouting “don’t….”

As Denise says send them off to get recovered, although you may find it cheaper to buy a new machine.

We’ve had our laminator 8 years, no slices, only imperfection was where a scalpel handle went through but that’s faded now you can’t see it.

We only use a vinylguard/snitty on the laminator, come in handy installing too, We’ve probably 4 or 5 around the place.

Thanks alot Denise and David. i think the new year will bring a new laminator as i think our machine is well over 12 years old but runs like a champion. Thinking of going for a 64inch laminator to suit are 64inch printer. Thanks again.
