Has anyone else had problems contacting KPMF Direct?
2 days now nobody has answered the phones, they owe me a stack of T shirt vinyl and I need it. its been on back order for ages. and they cost me a van lettering job with the late delivery of some sign vinyl last month, has anyone got through recently?

I tried calling KPMF themselves and they say they have been having trouble with the phones there, and they could try and sort my order out for me, the only problem is I agreed with Elizabeth there that because of my van job they lost for me I was to get 25m of white poliflex each time I ordered for free. now I dont want to go ordering 25m off anyone else when Im owed it by them I just would like to know why they are unreachable for such a big firm. I know KPMF direct is a subsidiary but still.

Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill with KPMF lately. We have had problems with several orders not arriving and they never return calls.

We have decided to pay the extra and order their vinyls via Hexis instead. More money for the same vinyl but customer service counts.

Hearing on the grapevine as you do, KPMF seem to be having some major problems and ‘may’ be in trouble business wise.

    Like I said though ‘may’.

Yeah I had big problems getting an order through, no stock – no returned calls etc etc. Somethings not quite right….

But on a plus side Gill from William Smith walked through the door on a "cold call" having never been to our place before and walked away with the order that KPMF couldnt deliver. I got a new company to deal with she got the order…. we’re both happy!

We had real problems recently too. Ended up calling the Wales branch who got it sorted,
even though they only usually deal with bulk orders. We were told that we weren’t the
only ones who had complained, so it doesn’t look good…

We buy from William Smith and they have always been excellent, so I’m sure you’ll
    be a happy customer…

Ditto, I think in the last 4 years they’ve maybe let me down once…in this industry that’s basically perfect.
A far cry from some suppliers…something about organising & breweries springs to mind…

Gill is really helpful and does an excellent job of looking after her customers old & new.

Just read some terrible news on another forum, apparantly Liz had passed away in August…… at 38 years old its just terrible.

I was never her biggest customer and did have some problems with the company when they were about to fold but this news is truly awful

That’s terrible news Andy, we used to use them and spoke to Liz a couple of times.

yeah, that’s correct Andy, terrible thing to happen to anyone, never mind at that age and with a family.

I have been contacted just recently by a new supplier of KPMF Direct, I will look out the details and get them posted here.
