matt, Why do you want to make them? are you going to just supply or add value? IE put a clients name on them as in a free/promotional item?
Stuff like this can be bought very cheap, simply because they are produced in the thousands by specialist manufacturers.Peter

Hi peter, i buy them in from a company now but only buy certain keyrings i.e motor sport related ones and thought it maybe easier and cheaper in the long run to buy a machine myself. i have no idea what money is involved though. also means i can do other keyrings and offer a wider service

the actuall rubber fob not the chain or metel ring, although i’d need those also.

Either way matt, I would buy them in, you would need to make thousands to justify a machine,.

Matt, you need to do a bit of research, or at least specify what you need to produce, and how many per hour/day/week.
flat die cut, 3d colours? 1 2? complex or simple design?
cheapest machine to die cut flat rubber is relatively cheap, but slow.
so how long is a bit of string?Peter
