    Hello all,

I hope you can help me. Im spending way too much time manually cutting some vinyl for a customer who wants full rolls of vinyl cut at 300mm intervals.

I need to be able to put the vinyl into our printer (print/cut) and then for it to sheet off at 300mm intervals until the roll is finished. Sounds easy. Can I figure this out?? No..

When I try to sheet off its giving us extra material which we dont want.

If anyone can suggest a simple way and efficient way of doing this we’d be very grateful.

One of our old suppliers had a device on a bench.

2 rollers the vinyl sat on, and a smalle wheel/counter device. Pull the vinyl out the counter measured it, run a blade across the bar.

Our graphtec allows for perf cutting, but not sure that would be able to do what you ask?

If it was me I would cut a piece of dibond to size then place it on the vinyl and run a blade down it.
