How many who visited sign uk spotted the panel done by jilly for the sign gold stand, really cool work jill! I think I remember seeing it a couple of years ago when (east coast) artie shaw came over from the states to promote signgold they also had panels by some of the best traditional writers in the USA.

I did that for Artie at the Milwaukee Panel Jam in 2001.
He is a great guy. One time he came here and helped me do a firetruck.
Just saw him at Dixie. You should see his old panel van.

Nik, instead of us all looking at printers next year, we could always all descend on your field, like the signmakers equivelant to Glastonbury, complete with mud-slidding competitions and blocked portaloos 😉 😆 😆 😆 You could make a fortune by opening up a bar and charging SignUK prices for the beers 😉 and you wouldn’t have any traveling to do! 😀 😀
I didn’t even think to check whether there was a Europoint stand booked in as when I spoke to Andy at Europoint he actually said “We’ll be there”, I automatically assumed that ment they’d have a stand. Oh well, a few cross-wires but it was a brilliant day meeting everyone and I’m sure we can arrange another meet up before long. After seeing how much Robert can drink, I’m not paying the bar tab 😆 😆 😆
