Jill, you’re gonna hate me for this!!!
Posted by John Childs on April 23, 2009 at 2:15 pmOne of our recent jobs.
Despite Pete’s very best efforts he couldn’t talk the customer into any better layout. He knew what he wanted, and wouldn’t be budged. 🙁
On the bright side, we’ve done about fifteen of them, so they should make a worthwhile contribution to the beer fund at SignUK. 😀

John
What material did you use for the brown fade? :lol1: :lol1:
….. remember, the customer is always right! lol

What’s to hate?
No brush script and no "Tel:"….
What, did you use Avery?
hahaha
I do stuff like this on a daily basis.
Take their money and do what they ask.

Well, you let us off lightly there Jill. You must be in holiday mode already. 😀
Nope, no Brush Script and no Tel, but it is Avery 700 series.
Adrian, I’m not sure on the brown fade material, but it is very flaky and powdery. We reckon it’s a toss up as to which is worth more, the graphics or the vans. 😀

Hey John
How much did that one bring you in, was it just the one side (THE GOOD SIDE) :lol1:
and for CASH 😮
Paul 😀

Since Jill didn’t ask, what do you call that "thing", car, truck or just "auto"?
Nice simple clean job and yes John, Jill let you off easy.

and that’s all that matters at the end of the day John 😀
and layouts don’t come more basic than that, but I wouldn’t mind rattling 15 of those off.

Hi Tony. I know the terminology is different on your side of the Atlantic, but that’s what’s known over here as a van.
Vans fall into two categories here, those that are designed as commercial vehicles like the Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter, and smaller ones known as CDVs, or car derived vans which are basically commercial vehicles based on a standard road car. That can be simply a car with the rear windows blanked out or, as in this case, the front of a standard road car with a box body grafted onto the back.
Hope that helps.
