just a quick reply for now,
    1. remove the right hand end cover
    2. separate the tubes running down to the waste bottle (one at the time)
    3. fit syringe to pipe lift cover & gently push head over onto capping station, whilst gently pulling on the syringe until syringe begins to fill (you should feel resistance just keep a constant pressure & don’t just pull the syringe to its max)
    4. repeat for next tube.

ensure machine is switched off, when you switch on machine may do a clean then try a test print. You may have to repeat

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

call them in, its not worth touching it yourself. Make sure you watch the tech its worth while getting to know your machine. Pump change is relatively easy job. Make sure you have plenty of Tea &Biscuits its always good to get chatty with your techs you never know when you’ll want help over the phone or when the machine is out of warranty.

Allways do Kev,i’ve an engineering kind of background so once things are out of warranty you can get in about with nice precision instuments(hammers etc.) 😉
