    Hi Everyone ive had a Jetster 46" for about 6 mnths now and use it with a gerber pc 1200, Im finding that the print quality is dropping ive changed inks and am finding white lines in the print but only on certain colours? ive rung gerber services for the third time and am still waiting for a technician to ring me back they seem to be as much use as a hole in the head!!!!!!!!!!!

    Try a nozzle check to see if it’s printing all the colours okay.

    Also make sure you are using the correct profile for the media, we had the same problem on our versacamm, using the correct profile sorted it.
