Jetrix 2030 – anyone out there using one?

I know they are a high end machine, but I thought I would ask.
Just moved companies and we use a Jetrix 2030 flatbed, my first time with one and I am just trying to get my head around ink keying with dibond which is OK but I feel it could be better. I know we have a primer we can use but this drastically reduces print time and the volumes we get through its not cost effective.
Anyone got advice on improving UV ink adhesion to gloss ACM (without buying very expensive digital grade ACM!). Specials cleaners or pre-prep liquids etc.

Might be worth you giving Ken a call at genesis imaging in London.
His team run one of these machines and they print on ACM material all the time.
