It’s a real revelation ain’t it.
To know there are others like you who will actually give you the time of day if you have a question.
Running a good old 4E and a few paint brushes here in Pennsylvania.

Hi Chris,
Did you give Signs & Digital a call ? They are based in Clondalkin

£14 a metre from sign digital IIRC
Just over £5 a metre from Holographic vinyl. Not sure if there is a difference in them

Hi Chris
I noticed from a search I carried out on this site you’re using (or were using) the same eqipment I have. I’ve posted my problem desription on the forums but I just wondered if it’s something you’ve ever encountered from your experiences with this equipment.
”I’m a newby hobbyist to this game. I’m printing and plotting from Omega 1.56 onto the gerber edge (mk2) and GS15+ plotter.
I am printing fine without issue, and during plotting the cuts I have assigned to the artwork manifest themselves fine on the plotter (correct depth, smooth clean cuts etc) but the problem is the plotter will scribe additional unwanted cuts through the design, 2 or 3 bizarre straight diagonal cuts through the entire job, completely ruining it, almost as if a saboteur has attacked the finished product with a stanley knife.
This applies to any artwork, and I have attempted plotting several. I have only been operating the gear for a week or so and this wasn’t an issue for the first few days but has now started happening.
Is this this anything you guys have experienced / heard of?
Your advise would be greatly appreciated.”

This HAS to be a record for the site. 6 years delay on a post!
Welcome aboard Jim…

Sounds like you have the plotter blade out too far, and it is scoring the material while
searching for plotter marks.
