  • Jamies Plastering: Staying at home got a bit too much today

Sneaked into work today, locked ourselves in, surprisingly, lots of people out there doing the same. On a more worrying note, there are an awful lot of people who don’t know what 2 metres is.

Great stuff Kev, always good seeing your work mate.

It is good to see a bit of work dedication during these difficult times and you head back to the workshop to keep things afloat, or is it just pure boredom!? 😆

Thanks Rob, it was both to be honest.
We’ve not had much cause to go in as we were pretty much up to date before the lockdown was announced. Trying to take some positives out of all of this, I think it will force us to re-evaluate & improve how we run our businesses. I’m quite surprised at how close to the knife edge we are at all times without knowing it.

That is key mate, the fact you take the downtime to take a fresh look at how you do business, where you can improve, get things done that is long overdue and more, is 100% what is required at this horrible time. I know first hand how difficult it is, but those scratching their head telling everyone "we are finished!" most likely are, unfortunately.
