This the emblem? If it is it is known as a Trinacria and is I believe the Isle of Man flag. Although this is not in a plotter-ready format some kind soul out there may do a small conversion for you…

the three legs are directly related to the motto — “Quocunque Jeceris Stabit” — Whithersoever you throw it, it will stand. This sufficiently shows that — ‘whichever way you throw the Manx/Isle of Man/Manx Community’, they will perservere through it. This is commonly adapated by many schools on the Island as a motto, to show perserverence and ‘hard work’ pays off.

I was just browsing while rocking ethan to sleep in pram and so thought I would look up the history 😀
