    HI Chris

I don’t do shirts but have done a few of my own using that material. What’s the problems? I found it great to use and a year on they are still perfect, in fact the shirts are worn out and the graphics are 100% 😕

I’ve been using for a while now and everything has been fine. What problem are you having?
The only problem I had with Target was my first order had 3 colours each 10m long and were all put on the same roll. Looked like a giant liquorice allsort when it arrived.!!

well 6 mts ago i bought a press and a range of colours in the premium and thought it was fantastic easy and high quality, for a beginner at shirts i was very happy.
i bought a replacement roll of white and when i started to use it problems started.
the sticky carrier was a lot more sticky than before making it a real pain to weed and when pressed really difficult to remove the carrier with out pulling the letters.
they did replace it but not much better. and are waiting for them to tell me what i have done wrong ?.
now found the new black is similar, but whats left of the original stock is a total joy to use.

this product as i first got, did it all for me, now i cant trust it.

    just me or what ?

    Hi Chris,
I think they may have sent you the wrong stuff – it sounds like the difference between ultra cut and super flex on the xpres range. One has a very sticky backing the other hasn’t.

The only time i’ve had letters lift when pulling the backing sheet off is when i’ve had insufficient pressure, as in when pressing near collars, buttons or seams.

    Cheers John

yes steve said wrong stuff so i rang them and they said noway.
i am sure its the same stuff but quality control naff.
or this newer stuff is correct and the original order was slightly week. but perfect.

they also sent me some econo rubbish that they can have straight back with bells on.

i think they are feed up with me but give them there due they are trying

There really are only 3 answers Chris, I have targets cad cut premium here as an a4 sample, its the same as xpres superflex in as much as it has a slightly sticky backing, (like the sample I sent up to you yesterday)

So, they have either sent you econoflex (no sticky backing and slightly opaque)
their version of ultra cut, (very sticky backing and clear)
or a bad batch of their cad cut premium,
they have sent you the wrong stuff, I would put my life on that.
they have sent econoflex not their premium, that is the only logical answer.
