is there an easy way to continue stripes?
hi
in x3 – i have some stripes, (for this one is three, purple yellow purple, but will change for future drawings) to draw which will alter their path
this might sound nonsense the way i describe what i want to do but i will have a go.
i need the bands to be parallel, and stay parallel as they change angles, and the angles won’t necessary be any set angle as they will need to follow set lines,
and in some places the bands will be slight curves – i have created a band with a 30mm purple rectangle with a 10mm one centred, is there an easy way to make the band curved, smoothly without altering the parallel lines, ie so the band can be manipulated like a line and all move together (trie envelope tool and it doesn’t quite work how i want)?
i have tried a few techniques, but am thinking there could be an easier way?
