I am having trouble laminating window perf material. Was wondering if there is an easier way of laminating window perf. My real trouble is getting it to lay flat in lamina tor. By the time I get it in there is looks good and then about a quarter of the way there. is starts to buckle in the middle and will have a big wrinkle in it. The window quarter has a curl in it. I think that is one of the reasons why there is a buckle in it. any suggestion would help out alot.

    thanks,

never tried it but by your description i would use the min amount of pressure as the material is easy to distort, and being squashed by to much pressure dont help ?

Try taping it to a "leader board" ie. an off cut of foamex about 150mm wide by the width of your laminate. feed the board in first widthways and the print will follow. This will ensure the job goes through the laminator flat.
