is there a water base roller banner stand available?

Hi all
Does anyone know if these are something that is available and if so where from.

I have a customer whose stand keeps blowing over as it is next to the main entrance.

Would be around £59 with trade discount, dont know about yuan yuan but the one from plex would have 2 years warranty on it too (I always use this as a selling point!)

I thought I had seen something like that before but was just unsure where. Doubt started creeping in and I actually started to wonder if I had asked for something that wasn’t available…. like a elbow grease or similar.
