    Hi Folks,

Is it possible to keep all your favorite fonts together in signlab 7?

Everytime I use a font I have to scroll through a massive list to get to the one I want.

    any help appreciated

Ian, don’t use signlab so not sure if there is an easy way to do it but have you thought about renaming then by maybe putting a "AA" in front of the name. That way your favorite fonts would always be at the top of the list.

You can put them in groups if that’s what you mean.

    Higgi,
As Alan says, you can add groups to your font list.
Click the Font Detective ‘F’ at top left of the SL screen, that opens a small window, click ‘options’ in the group line and then ‘add group’. Add your new group name ie Really Bad fonts and select the ‘which is initially empty’ radio button. Click ok. Back at the group line in the Font Detective window again select options, with your new group highlighted in the list to the left, and select ‘edit group’ this last window (group editor)will give you hours of fun while you select those fonts to transfer to your new group……. Best of Luck!

PS I’ve just created some pics of the windows involved but I can’t upload them here – pm me if you want them
