is corel x3 a better version than 11?

I have used every version since Corel 3.

I upgraded to 13 and although its not much different funcionality wise, the layout is better, with a couple features here and there. I do love the newest trace program, seems much better than 11

Yes it’s worth it, Powertrace is better, contours/outlines are curves not straight lines, filters especially pdf are better import/export, eps is one filter now not two. Bitmap editing in Photopaint also much improved with cutout lab and image adjustment lab with connectivity with Draw. Many more improvements which are leaned towards print but plenty for the signmaker.
