    Hi Guys
This might be slightly off topic…
I have been asked to quote for 150+ water bottles, just curious if anyone has attempted to do this and the quality & durability of the finished article.
Some will be single colour, others may be up to 4 colours, with a variety of different designs. I have looked at mass production companies, not sure we would meet the minimum order quantity to make it cost effective.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received 🙂

We used to screen print these in small quantities onto mactac or budget white perm vinyl. Never had a problem with them coming off – dare say they could be digitally printed but would need a perm adhesive on the vinyl. Fading wise – not sure about digital but the screen printed ones outlived the bottles.

    Cheers John

We produce a lot labels, both clear and white for personalising products like this and have never had a problem with them coming off. Digital print is the simplest way to go if you have the options. Price is always an issue with promotional give aways so cheap vinyl labels for short runs are the only solution.

i’ve just been clearing out all my brochures (in the hope i’ll be able to go and fill up the rack again at sign uk!), came across a catalogue from http://www.4imprint.co.uk who do 500ml screened bottles, it’s a 2009 cat’ but min order only 100, screen charge £30 and £1.60 a bottle… prob gone up but not horrendous.

i’m gonna get in touch for an up to date catalogue in the hope they do a 750ml or 1lt bottle —- 500ml wouldn’t last long enough with the lads down the rugby club, they like at least a pint of speckled hen per half, the bottle boy would be off to the bar every ten mins!!
