Inspiration on banner design

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it Alistair

I think I would just go with a sky blue background with Navy detail…….at that size banner it doesn’t need to be over complicated

I don’t like the font for the church name or for the dates.
Looks too ho-hum for a 750th anniversary.
I like the Romic lettering, but would use caps and lower case.
I think I would make the name in that font, and the rest of it in all-caps Trajan.

I would use a deep color for the background, whether it would be navy, green, red, purple, burgundy, or even black, with white or gold lettering.
And I would make the pictorial in metallic gold.

had a quick play… both very basic designs as i don’t think churches etc like to pay much for this type of thing. we do allot of this type of work and always just try a clean and tidy approach works best. well does for us on quickies like this…

for some reason ive saved the unfinished bottom one and loaded it, but what the heck, you get the idea yeh?
my middle line of text needs the transparency turned up too 100%, the banner hems, eyelets missing etc etc…. 😳
