Ink cartridges error
Hi I have a Mutoh Valuejet Branded as a Oce CS 9160
sometimes when i take the cartridges out to check the levels and put them back it will say (not original) or (no cartridge) there is no fault with the machine because it happens with all the colours, when you put in a new cartridge it will be fine.
Has anyone else had this problem? -

That happens to me at times as well. I have worked out that the chip isn’t sitting perfectly next to the card reader on the machine

Thanks for that.
I have been using the 220ml carts they seem to be more reliable
and as soon as they say ink low take them out and put the card on the cart with some left (taking care to get them in exactly the same place)
that seems to work.
