    Hello,

Just wanted to let you know that the Signlab7 patche 2 is now on ftp site so end users can patch to build 2 using the Update From Cadlink Website option in the Update Wizard.

Unfortunately we couldn’t patch the queue in the same patch as Signlab, so when patch is run, users will be instructed to go to http://www.cadlink.com/patch where they can download the queue patch. The queue patch can be downloaded to any folder on the system and then run (don’t need to put into Print and Cut Manager folder).

    Best regards

    Wow patched already?
    That must be a record!

Wouldn’t it be more professional for cadlink to sort itself out before
selling its expensive software? or maybe even supply patches via post FOC to registered buyers on CD ROM to their customers, expecting end users to download ( at their expense ) is not at all good business sense.
But I suppose cadlink really doesn’t care about that.

I think it IS professional releasing a patch so soon. You can test software till the cows come home but its not until real signmakers doing real jobs on loads of different systems on a daily basis do the real flaws become apparent, the fact that some of these are addressed so soon gives me confidence that ultimately V7 will become the package we expect. I would like some idea of what has been fixed though.

    Agree with Brushman.
How many other software suppliers do this service that you suggest Outline.

Your constant slagging of signlab is sounding like a stuck record.
