  • Imperfections in the print on an Epson E22 printer.

We are trying to print using an Epson E22 printer on sublimation paper but are getting imperfections in the print. Does anyone have any idea why or how to sort it, we are pulling our hair out with the job!

We have tried printing on regular paper, we aren’t getting imperfections but the ink absorbs into that paper. We thought it might be a paper issue but have tried paper from two different new packs and are having the same issue with both.

I can’t recognize what you are printing on but it could be a bad polyester coating on your sublimated products. Have you tried various brands, products type (ceramic, metal, garment) with the same results?

Paper, which did you use? Which brand?

Only printed onto the paper so far, it is that we are having the problems with, it transfers onto the mugs and material we have without any problems.
I don’t know if the paper is branded or not, we purchased the paper from signmakingandsupplies.
