Impact library is great and Brian is really help full, sent me out a new book for ver 24 when I lost my copy.

One thing about the DVDs however; anytime i try and run it in my laptop I have to keep opening and closing the tray to try and get it to start up, this morning it took about 6 go’s.

Starting a design is the least pleasant part of the process for me and it winds me up, lol.

it cant be the hardware, other disk’s work fine.

Still a great service regardless.

I find it hard to believe the person packing it would not have seen the crack… 😮
