I am trying to print the National Lottery Logo from a jpg file.
    The pantone colour is 072c.
When I print it, it comes out a dark blue instead of a rich blue.
I have drawn a box next to it and filled this with the correct pantone colour and that prints great 😕
When I use the Troop to lighten the whole image, it does sweet F. A. and still prints to the same dark blue.
Have tried different ICC profiles and they all print out the same ruddy colour of frigging blue 😕

    HELP!

Got the logos from the lottery. The 3D one which is the one I need is the one giving me the problem.

was the block you drew the same colour as the jpeg – on the screen?

Try converting the jpeg to a tiff or eps and print it out to see if it makes any difference, I have found this some times on my pigment printer.

    cheers
