Fred, I don’t have a 700 swatch book but I have an 800 swatch ……… is the signal yellow same in both? The signal yellow 862 is too bright for what I’m looking for. I haven’t got saffron in the 800 book.

ive just found what Id call a mustard colour its in the Hexis swatches code number S.5245B or a more yellow one is S.5137B they are new colours

looks as though avery dont do 800 saffron but the 700 has a hint of orange to it.ie.definately darker than signal yellow

There is a shade called Imitation Gold (KG9106) in Hexis cast range which I would say is a dark mustard – not as light as the Colemans mustard in my fridge.

Not really Tim, I’ve got a colour in mind and just trying to find the closest I can to it……… got a sample winging it’s way to me from Victory, the colour is called mustard, so hopefully it’ll be roughly what I’m looking for.

Imitation gold IP5719 from Spandex, forgotten the make but I seem to remember it’s made in Lancaster and only Spandex sell it.

dont know if youve used this vinyl but i find it pretty good stuff , i was looking at a window i did 6 years ago with this and it still looks good as new . i would say it performs better than its supposed to . i did my own car with it and as i do 60000 miles a year it gets a fair pounding from jet washes with no problem . those mulberry people mentioned are very helpful and reasonably cheap

honey suckle yellow from 3m is a good mustard, had some a good while back now, couldn’t get rid of it after the job. now gone or you would have been welcome to it.
