Great job Richard.
Can I ask how you wired it up, did you just put a 13A plug on it or is it into the mains, If Into mains do you need a firemans switch for LED’s ?

Good one Richard…..you seem to be doing a lot more interesting work and doing loads of it yourself these days…excellent 😀 😀
Me getting lazy… me thinks 😀

thanks guys
as for electrics i ask the customer to supply us with a 5amp switched fused spur from there to the transformer then i wire from there to the L.E.D sif the customer has not done this i wire a plug on a lead and show the customer the sign working then remove the temp wire and let there sparks fit to my transformer

just an update on this sign
its a funny thing many of my customers had thought i only did vinyl signs and after doing the steelpoint job i got this jobwell after finishing this job Friday night i have had a call today asking for a quote for the same type of sign a few miles away, it just goes to show once you have something customers can see in real life there more into having something done other than the norm

hi rich grate sign
iam making up a demo sign to show customers the type of work i can do.
ive made up most of the tray, just wondering how you attached the angle bits.
i was going to rivet the corners, but i don’t want to rivet the sides as they would show on the face of the sign.
thanks will post a pic later.
