  • Ideas needed to rectify wood beading problem

HI Guys, did a name board for a Synagogue last week and it is now giving me major problems due to the heat in the place! Names were printed onto banner vinyl then applied to Foam X, between the names are 12mm wooden beads held in place by double sided tape top bottom and middle. Now the middle point of the beads is pulling the vinyl away from the Foam X 😳

Any ideas on a way to resolve the problem?

I had originally quoted for 10mm Foamboard but they didn’t like the price so after asking about Foam X on here I decided to give it a go. Unfortunately it does not have the dense centre that Foamboard has so I am unable to screw the beads in place.

    Cheers

    Dave
PS I have put a photo of the problem in another post
